DESCRIPTION: Staffhas received a letter indicating that Jocelyn Combs, Director for
the East Bay Regional Park District would like an opportunity to make a short presentation related to the
District's 1997 Master Plan, along with a map of its parks and trails,

Dear Ms. Keck:
This letter is written on behalf of Jocelyn Combs, Director for the East Bay Regional Park
District (EBRPD). She is the City of Dublin's representative on the EBRPD Board of
Directors, as is requesting the opportunity to make a ten minute presentation before the
City Council.
The presentation will entail presenting council members with a copy of the District's
1997 Master Plan and a map of its parks and trails. Your consideration of this request is
