RECOMMENDATION:;:z;/'I. Continue the Public Hearing on this item to the May 4. City
Council meeting.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION:
. The proponents of Dublin Ranch (Areas A-H) requested consideration of an assessment district to finance
infrastructure for a portion of Dublin Ranch and have also requested consideration of a development
agreement. Since the development agreement is dependent upon Council support of the proposed
assessment district, staff believed it was important for the Council to consider the assessment district
before considering the development agreement. The Council's position on the assessment district might
possibly impact the tenns of the development agreement.
This item was noticed for the meeting of April 20, 1999 because staff anticipated that the assessment
district would be considered earlier than the meeting of April 20, 1999.
It is recommended that the City Council open the public hearing and continue the item to the meeting of
May 4, 1999.
