to Sheldrake & Mumford, Inc., in the amount of $5,355, and the
retention of $595 after 35 days if there are no subcontractor'or
supplier claims.

Ali costs are paid for through the General Fund.
DESCRIPTION: On December 15, 1998, the City Council awarded the K01b Park
Tennis Court Resurfacing Project to Sheldrake & Mumford, Inc.
In order to prolong their useful life and maintain playability, the two tennis courts at Kolb Park were
crack sealed and then surface sealed and repainted. In addition, the lines were restriped and the two nets
replaced.
At this time, Staff recommends that Council accept the contract with Sheldrake & Mumford, Inc., 'as
complete and authorize payment of the final invoice in the amount of $5,355, and the retention of $595
after 35 days if there are no subcontractor or supplier claims.
