RE: St. Philip Lutheran Church Construction
Project
•
Dear Mr. Tong,
Our landscape contractor (Spring Landscapes,
Sacramento) started work in December, 1982 , and
was able to install sprinkler distribution lines
before weather conditions prevented further
work. The subsequent inordinate rains have pre-
vented any progress beyond that point. The soil
is only now sufficiently dry to begin soil
preparation and grading (the next construction
step) . However, in view of the work remaining,
it does not seem feasible to finish by the
June 1 deadline. We therefore ask for your con-
sideration in extending the completion date to
July 1, 1983 .
Thank you.
