STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the notification. FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no impact on the General Fund. DESCRIPTION: The Tract 8437 subdivision, Ashton, is located at the northwest corner of Campbell Lane and DeMarcus Boulevard, within the Dublin Transit Center Village area. The developer has prepared a final map, which includes 220 residential condominium units. In accordance with Chapter 9.24.080 of the City of Dublin Municipal Code, this is notice of the following: City Engineer’s pending decision on the following Final Map: Tract Location Developer Number of Units/Lots Type Proposed Decision 8437 Ashton Ashton at Dublin Station, LLC 220 Units Condominium Approve STRATEGIC PLAN INITIATIVE: None. 223 Page 2 of 2 NOTICING REQUIREMENTS/PUBLIC OUTREACH: The City Council Agenda was posted.
