received by the City Clerk's office that relate to an agenda item after
the agenda packets have been distributed to the City Council be
available to the public. This document is also available in the City
Clerk's office, the Dublin Library, and the City's Website.
The attached document was received in the City Clerk's office after
distribution of the November 17, 2009 City Council meeting agenda
packet.

Dear Ms. Fraser:
Our of~ce represents the Quarry Lane School Iocated at 6363 Tassajara Road in Dublin {the
"School"). The School is located immediatety adjacent to and south of property owned by Robert
Nielsen known as 6407 Tassajara Road in the City of Dublin, California (the "Nielsen Property").
Reference is made to that certain proposed residential development project for the Nielsen Prapei~ty
(the "Nielsen Project"), as specifically desci7bed in Planning Application No. PA 07-057, including (i)
a General Plan and Eastern Dublin Speci~c Plan Amendment, (ii) a Stage 1 PD Rezone Amendment
and Stage 2 PD Rezoning, and (iii} a vesting tentative subdivision map (collectively, the "Nielsen
Application").
~n March 19, 2009, Patricia Cui~tin of our office sent a letter to you on behaif of the School
opposing the Nielsen Project as described in the Nielsen Application (the "Lefter of Opposition").
This Ietter is to inform the City of Dublin that the School's concerns described in the Letter of
Opposition regarding the Nielsen Project have been addressed to the School's satisfaction, and that the
School does not oppose the Nielsen Project, as described in the Nielsen Application.
