SUBJECT: Mayor's Appointment of Student Member to Parks and Community
Services Commission

RECOMMENDATION: Confirm the Mayor's appointment of Annie Arcuri to the Parks and
Community Services Commission for the term of July 2009 through

FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION: The current term of the student member to the Parks and Community
Services Commission will expire on June 30, 2009. The opening was advertised and six applications
were received.
Mayor Sbranti recommends the appointment of Annie Arcuri to a term commencing in July 2009 and
expiring in June of 2010 on the Parks and Community Services Commission.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council confirm the Mayor's
appointment of Annie Arcuri to the Parks and Community Services Commission for the term of July 2009
through June 2010.
