RESOLUTION NO. -82
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
AUTHORIZING INTERIM ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICIAL TO ARRANGE FOR
OFFICE RENT, OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES
AND CLERICAL ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, the. County of Alameda has entered into an agreement
on behalf of the City of Dublin with George Gaekle whereby Gaekle
will provide management advice to the City and act as interim
Administrative Official ; and
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin became incorporated February 1,
1982, and on that date the City assumed liability for payments
under the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to continue arrangements made through
the County of Alameda for the County of Alameda for office rent,
equipment and supplies and to make further arrangements for such
items and for clerical assistance;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, that George Gaekle is hereby
authorized, as interm Administrative Official, to continue arrange-
ments made through the County of Alameda for office rent, equipment
and supplies and to make further arrangements for such items and
for clerical assistance subject to such policy as the Council may
determine.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1982,
by the following vote:
