Accept improvements under Contract
83-2
Authorize final payment to Rosendin
Electric Inc. in the amount of
$7,454.51.

DESCRIPTION: In January 1984, the City Council
awarded Contract 83-2 to Rosendin Electric, Inc. to install a
traffic signal and highway lighting system at the
intersection of Dublin Boulevard and Amador Plaza Road. The
original contract amount was $72,837.00 After commencement
of work, an additional $1,708 was authorized to install an
interconnect cable for future synchronization of Dublin
Boulevard signals.

This project was approved as part of the 1983-84 Capital
Improvement Budget. The County had required the developers
of Enea Plaza to contribute $25,000 in in-kind improvements
and/or cash toward the construction of the traffic signal.
The Enea developers installed $17,240 in improvements and
deposited $7,760.00 in cash with the City.
The Contractor has completed the improvements in accordance
with the approved plans, specifications and modifications.
