This easement is an extension of Stagecoach Road in a southerly direction from Amador Valley Boulevard and is needed for the installation of a main water line to the new proposed Dougherty Reservoir. Conservation District, Zone 7, is preparing plans and specifications for the construction of the Dougherty Reservoir and appurtenances thereto, including the installation of a water pipe line between Amador Valley Boulevard and Dougherty Road, in the City of Dublin. A. portion of the required water pipe line easement is within Tract 4950 which was filed September 27, 1982. The easement alignment required for this project, is specified as "W.L.E." or "Water. Line Easement" (PARCEL A) , and was offered for dedication to the public: This easement was accepted by the City Council of the City of Dublin, under Resolution. No. 51-82, adopted September 13, 1982. It is hereby respectfully requested that the City of Dublin quitclaim all right, title and interest in and to said easement to Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, by resolution and quitclaim deed. Suggested resolution and deed forms are enclosed,as is a print of Tract 4950, Sheet 3, showing the location of the water line easement, together with a print of "Certificate of Correction" which amended the location of the southerly portion of said easement. , Upon execution, please forward a certified copy of the resolution and the quitclaim deed to this office for acceptance by the District Board of Supervisors and recordation of same. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN Quitclaim Water Line Easement to Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District WHEREAS, this City Council under Resolution No. 51-82, adopted September 13, 1982, did accept a Water Line Easement upon the hereinafter described real property; and WHEREAS, said easement is not required for the uses and purposes of the City of Dublin and the same is required for public purposes by the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this City Council does and it hereby approves and authorizes the quitclaim and release of all. right, title and interest of the City of Dublin in and to the hereinafter described real property to the Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the real property hereinbefore referred to is particularly designated and described as: No. 7213 Assessor's 941=500-3-6, 4-1, 4 72 (Pors. ) All that certain real property situated in the City of Dublin, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: .
