SUBJECT: Acceptance of- Storm Drain Easement Deed
Parcel Map 2817

RECOMMENDATION: / Adopt resolution to accept storm drain

record this deed
FINANCIAL STATEMENT: No initial cost . City will assume
maintenance responsibility for the storm
drain once installed and accepted by
the City Council
DESCRIPTION: This storm drain easement is located at
the rear of Parcel B of Parcel Map 2817
on Dougherty Road approximately opposite
Sierra Lane, as shown on the easement
plat . The easement is between Tract
4978 (Gelderman) and Parcel Map 4008
(Houston) . There is an agreement
between the two subdividers for the
installation of a 48 inch storm drain
and for the dedication of this easement
to complete the storm drain system
across the three properties, thus
completing a portion of the drainage
requirements for these three Tracts.

ACCEPTING, FOR THE PUBLIC, AN EASEMENT DEED FOR A
TEN FOOT WIDE STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
WHEREAS, the owner of Parcel B of Parcel Map 2817 ,
Bridge Point Property Company has offered for dedication this
storm drain easement for the maintenance of a pipe to be installed
by the offeree
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Dublin City
Council does hereby accept this offer of Easement Deed for storm
drain purposes on behalf of the public.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of
April, 1985 .

maintaining a storm. drain conduit and appurtenances thereto, over

at right angles, extending from the northern boundary line of
Parcel B as said parcel is shown on the map of "PARCEL MAP 28171
PLEASANTON TOWNSHIP, ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" , etc. , filed
September 10, 1981 , in Book 128 of Maps, at pages 83 and 84,
Alameda County Records, to the southern line of said Parcel ,
said strip of land being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern boundary line of Parcel B,
hereinabove mentioned, distant thereon North 88° 42 ' 58" West,
52. 069 feet from an iron pipe located at the northeastern corner
of said Parcel B as the last said corner and pipe are shown on
said map; running thence along the said northern boundary line
North 88° 42 ' 58" West, 14. 877 feet to a line drawn parallel to
the eastern Boundary line of said Parcel B, as said eastern line
is shown on said map, distant southwesterly 45. 00 feet therefrom,
