Resolution, Easement and Plat RECOMMENDATION: / Adopt resolution to accept storm drain 1 " easement and instruct City Clerk to record this deed FINANCIAL STATEMENT: No initial cost . City will assume maintenance responsibility for the storm drain once installed and accepted by the City Council DESCRIPTION: This storm drain easement is located at the rear of Parcel B of Parcel Map 2817 on Dougherty Road approximately opposite Sierra Lane, as shown on the easement plat . The easement is between Tract 4978 (Gelderman) and Parcel Map 4008 (Houston) . There is an agreement between the two subdividers for the installation of a 48 inch storm drain and for the dedication of this easement to complete the storm drain system across the three properties, thus completing a portion of the drainage requirements for these three Tracts. l -------------------;!--------------------------------------------- ITEM NO COPIES TO: .
