RECOMMENDATION: _ ~dopt resolution approving Parcel Map 7116 and accepting
~ easement dedications
FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
No cost to the City of Dublin as a result of this action
. DESCRIPTION: Parcel Map 7116, to be developed by Opus Southwest, is located
at the southeast comer of Dublin Boulevard and Hacienda Drive. As now proposed, the Parcel Map
would subdivide the 53-acre site into four parcels for future retail and/or commercial uses .including the
Regal theater complex. The frontage improvements along Hacienda and Dublin Boulevard ~ve been
constructed or .are being constructed by previous development approvals. This includes 1raffic signals.
street improvements and utilities along Hacienda Drive and Dublin BouelVard.
The Parcel Map has been reviewed and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Map and
Conditions of Approval. All of the required fees have been submitted.
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution approving the Parcel Map and accepting the
easement dedications.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

APPROVING PARCEL MAP 7116
AND ACCEPTING CERTAIN
OFFERS OF DEDICATION
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 7116, in the incorporated territory of the City of Dublin, State of
California, bas been presented to this City Council for approval, all in accordance with the provisions
of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the Surplus Property Authority of Alameda County, bas submitted Final Parcel Map
7116 for approval, subdividing a 56-acre parcel of land into four parcels; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map has been reviewed by the City Engineer and found technically
correct.
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Parcel Map of Subdivision 7116 be and the
same is hereby approved; and that rights to areas marked as Emergency Vehicle Access Easement,~Public
Services Easement and Public Access Easement, as offered for dedication to public use in conformity with
the terms of dedication be, and they are hereby accepted; and that the Clerk of this City Council be and is
hereby directed to transmit said Map to the County Recorder for filing;
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1997.
