Award bid to Business Graphics Group in the amount of
$5,716.68.
FINANCIAL STATEMENT:
Estimated cost of $9,000 was included in the 1994.95 Budget.
DESCRIPTION:
On Tuesday, June 6, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. Staff opened bids for the printing of the Economic
Development Marketing Brochures. The bid specifications call for the printing and preparation
of a 9" x 12" Presentation Folder and three separate Tri.Panel Brochures.
The City received a total of 4 bids, with total printing costs ranging between $5,716.68 to
$9,101.00 for a quantity of 5,000 of each item. The results are outlined on the attached
summary. The low bidder for printing of the Economic Development Marketing Brochure is
Business Graphics Group.
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached resolution awarding the bid to
Business Graphics Group as the lowest responsive bidder for the printing of 5,000
Presentation Folders and 5,000 each of three Tri.Panel Brochures.

AWARDING BID FOR PRINTING OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MARKETING BROCHURES
TO BUSINESS GRAPHICS GROUP
WHEREAS, the City of Dublin did, on June 6, 1995, publicly open, examine and declare all
sealed bids for the printing of Economic Development Marketing Brochures as described in the bid
specifications; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the bid received from Business
Graphics Group is the lowest responsive bidder for the printing of the 5,000 Presentation Folders and
5,000 each of three separate Tri-Panel Economic Development Marketing Brochures.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Dublin does hereby
award the bid to Business Graphics Group in the amount of $5,716.68.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of June, 1995.
