RESOLUTION NO . - 85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
ACCEPTING FOR THE PUBLIC
TWO OFFERS OF DEDICATION FOR DRAINAGE EASEMENTS
OVER 10 FOOT WIDE STRIPS OF LAND
WHEREAS , the City of Dublin has a policy of accepting
easements for drainage facilities that carry runoff from public
streets ; and
WHEREAS , as conditions of development , easements and a
storm drain were required ; and
WHEREAS , the owners of the sites , Automation Electronics
Corporation and Hexcel Corporation, have offered for dedication
the required storm drain easements .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dublin City
Council does hereby accept these offers of dedication for drainage
purposes on behalf of the public .
PASSED , APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of May, 1985 .

OFFER OF DEDICATION - DRAINAGE PURPOSES

Automation Electronics Corporation
the undersigned, being the present title owner of record
of the herein described parcel of land, does hereby make
an irrevocable offer of dedication to CITY OF DUBLIN,
a political subdivision of the State of California, and
its successors or assigns , of an easement for storm, flood
and surface water drainage, including construction, access
or maintenance of works , improvements and structures , whether
covered or open, or the clearing of obstructions and
' vegetation, upon the real property situated in the County .
of Contra Costa, State of California, described in Exhibit
"A: (written description) and shown on Exhibit "B" (plat
map) attached hereto.
It is understood and agreed that CITY OF DUBLIN and its
successors or assigns shall incur no liability with respect
to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any
responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any improve-
ment thereon or therein, until such offer has been accepted
by appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors, or of .
