SUBJECT : Resolution Accepting Subordination of Easement

FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION : The City has received a request from the Dublin San Ramon Services
District to adopt a resolution accepting the subordination of a
water line easement in Vomac Road. The District acquired this
easement prior to the construction of the City street. It's important
for the City to maintain control of all work that occurs in City streets.
In order to accomplish this, utility easements should be subordinate
to the City.
By adopting the attached resolution, the subordination of this water
line easement will be granted to the City, and DSRSD will be required
to obtain an encroachment permit to enter the City street when work
on the water line is required.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL
ACCEPTING SUBORDINATION OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Dublin San Ramon Services District on July 15, 1982 by
an instrument, a copy of which is attached hereto, as Exhibit A, subor-
dinated to the City of Dublin all rights and interest in and to an
easement; and
WHEREAS, said subordination is not effective until accepted by
the City of Dublin; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Dublin to
accept said subordination.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Dublin, a municipal
corporation, that said subordination is accepted.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, this day of 1982, by
