SUBJECT: 1992 Community Calendar Printing Bids (Prepared by:

RECOMMENDATION: Consider bids and taken appropriate action.
FINANCIAL Will be determined on Wednesday, October 9, 1991 after
STATEMENT: the bids are opened.
DISCUSSION: Pursuant to the City' s Purchasing Ordinance, all
purchases of this type which exceed $5,000 must be secured through a
formal bid process. Accordingly, staff has solicited bids for the
printing of the 1992 Community Calendar. Bids will be formally opened
on Wednesday, October 9, 1991 at 12: 00 p.m. . After the bids have been
received and reviewed, staff will prepare a supplemental report
identifying the recommended printing firm.
