DESCRIPTION On October 18 ,, 1984 , the City 'of .Dublin was presented
with a claim by an attorney representing Mr . Mark O'.Hara .
The claim alleges false arrest and imprisonment . The amount of the claim is
not specified, The City Attorney has reviewed the matter and recommends
that the City deny the claim and notify the City ' s Insurance Broker . Staff
will notify the claimant of the City Council ' s action.
