DESCRIPTION: The City obtains General Liability Insurance through a pooled risk
sharing arrangement offered by the Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) PLAN, Corporation.
Mr. Marcus Beverly the Plans Risk Manager has prepared a presentation this evening that will cover the
following:
~ Review of ABAG PLAN, Corporation - Background and statement of member benefits.
~ Review of ABAG PLAN, Corporation - FY 2007-2008 Risk Management Program Elements
~ Review of City of Dublin's success in meeting the Plans Risk Management standards
Staff recommends that the Council receive the oral presentation from the ABAG PLAN, Corporation.
