DESCRIPTION:
At the direction of the Alameda County Waste Management Authority (ACWMA) Board, they requested
that the Staff from ACWMA introduce the Multifamily Guidelines and the Affordable Housing Design
Assistance to all its member agencies. The Dublin Planning Commission at its November 23, 2004
meeting had heard the presentation by ACWMA Staff that will be presented to City Council tonight.
Staff recommends that City Couneil receive the presentation by the ACWMA.
