FINANCIAL STATEMENT: There are no public improvements required for this Parcel Map.
DESCRIPTION: Parcel Map 9451 subdivides 5.8 acres into three parcels and
dedicates 0.22 acres of right of way for Brannigan Street. Situated west of Brannigan Street and south of
the Fallon School, the site is planned for semi public uses. The purpose of this subdivision is to create
parcels more suitable in size to potential semi public users.
Parcel Map 9451 has been reviewed and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Parcel Map
and Conditions of Approval approved by Community Development Director Resolution No. 07-02 on
May 22, 2007.
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution approving Parcel Map 9451, Dublin Ranch,
Area F.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

APPROVING PARCEL MAP 9451
DUBLIN RANCH, AREA F
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 9451, in the incorporated territory of the City of Dublin, State of
California, has been presented to this City Council for approval, all in accordance with provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Parcel Map 9451 is hereby approved, and that
rights to the areas marked as Brannigan Street and Public Service Easement (PSE), offered for dedication
to public use in conformity with the terms of dedication, be and are hereby accepted, and that the Clerk of
this City Council is hereby directed to transmit said Map to the County Recorder for filing.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of July, 2007.
