ATTACHMENTS: 1) 2) Resolution Approving Parcel Map 9485 Reduced copy of Parcel Map 9485 RECOMMENDATI~ FINANCIAL STATEMENT: '~doPt the resolution approving Parcel Map 9485 No new public improvements are proposed with this Parcel Map, and the City will not incur any new maintenance costs. DESCRIPTION: The owner of the Grayson Building (G and G International Holding Group) is seeking City Council approval of Parcel Map 9485. This Parcel Map, which is situated at 6310 Houston Place, subdivides an existing parcel (11,322 square foot warehouse building) into two building spaces for condominium purposes. Parcel Map 9485 has been reviewed by Staff and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Map and Conditions of Approval as approved by the Community Development Director by Resolution No. 07-03 in May, 2007. Portions of the map were also reviewed by the Dublin San Ramon Services District for conformance with that agency's requirements. Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution approving Parcel Map 9485.
