~ Adopt resolution approving Parcel Map 8640, Dublin Ranch Area H
There arc no public improvements required for this Parcel Map.
DESCRIPTION: Parcel Map 8640 subdivides 66.3 acres owned by the Un Family
into three parcels and is referred to as Dublin Ranch, Area II. This area is bounded on the north by Dublin
Boulevard, on the south by I-580, on the west by Brannigan Street, and on the east by Keegan Street. The
Eastern Dublin Specific Plan provides for General Commercial I Office Developments on Parcel I and
Campus Office Development on Parcel 2. The Regional Water Quality Control Basin will be constructed
on Parcel 3 in accordance with the Stage 2 Planned Development Zoning that was approved by City
Council Ordinance No. 26-05 on October 4, 2005.
Parcel Map 8640 has been reviewed and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Parcel Map
and Conditions of Approval approved by Commuuity Development Dircctor Resolution No. 05-09 on
August 10,2005.
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution approving Parcel Map 8640, Dublin Ranch,
Area H.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN

APPROVING PARCEL MAP 8640
(DUBLIN RANCH AREA H)
WHEREAS, Parcel Map 8640, in the incorporated territory of the City of Dublin, State of
California, has been presented to this City Council for approval, all in accordance with provisions of the
Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and the City of Dublin Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Parcel Map 8640 is hereby approved,
and that the Clerk of this City Council is hereby directed to transmit said Map to the County Recorder for
fí1ing.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 2005.
