DESCRIPTION: The owner of the Burlington Coat Factory is seeking City Council approval of Parcel Map 8876. This Parcel Map, which is situated at 7575 Dublin Boulevard, subdivides an existing lot into two parcels for the existing Burlington Coat Factory (Parcell - 7.880 acres), and the existing Bassett Furniture (Parcel 2 - 1.484 acres). Parcel Map 8876 has been reviewed by Staff and found to be in conformance with the Tentative Map and Conditions of Approval as approved by the Community Development Director Resolution No. 06-02 in February, 2006. Portions of the map were also reviewed by the Dublin San Ramon Services District and Alameda County Fire Department for conformance with each agency's requirements.
