FINANCIAL STATEMENT: None
DESCRIPTION:
On June 13,2006, the City Council adopted the Goals & Objectives Program for Fiscal Year 2006-2007.
In order to keep the City Council abreast of Staff progress towards the objectives assigned by the City
Council, Staff has prepared a bi-monthly status report for the period ending August 31, 2006. As of that
date, a total of 8 of 96 objectives (7%) have been completed. With respect to high priority objectives, a
total of8 out of84 (10%) have been completed.
In June 2006, the City Council approved a Five Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Update for
Fiscal Years 2004-2009 and appropriated funds for Fiscal Year 2006-2007. The attached CIP schedule
lists 48 projects that received funding in Fiscal Year 2006-2007. The schedule shows the status for each
project and also identifies an estimated start and completion date. The schedule only includes a time frame
for those projects that are funded in Fiscal Year 2006-2007. Subsequent phases and future projects
included in the Five Year CIP, but not funded in Fiscal Year 2006-2007, are not listed on the schedule. An
additional schedule has been included in this update, which provides more detailed information for the
Eastern Dublin Arterial Street Improvements project.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council receive the report.
