DESCRIPTION: The City of Dublin is proposing to construct a public street from
Dublin Boulevard northwesterly to Dougherty Road, and relocate and enhance the Iron Horse Trail along
the old Southern Pacific Railroad Right-of-Way in the City of Dublin.
This project is, in part, mitigation to the approval of development within eastern Dublin.
The Mitigated Negative Declaration was originally scheduled to be heard at this City Council meeting.
However, due to the content of the public comments received during the 30-day public comment period,
Staff requires additional time to adequately address these comments.
Therefore, Staff recommends that the City Council: 1) Open Public Hearing; 2) Receive Public
Comment; and 3) Continue the Public Hearing until March 6, 2007.
