FINANCIAL STATEMENT: 2003-2004 ADOPTED BUDGET
State Park Bonds $220,000
General Fund $40,000
Total $260,000
Engineer's Estimate for Construction $294,690
Difference ($34,690)
Through the design process the estimate for construction is greater
than what was originally budgeted. An additional appropriation
from reserves may be required pending outcome of the bid results.
DESCRIPTION: The installation of athletic field lights for Dublin Sports Grounds
was approved in the 2002-2007 Capital Improvement Program. As shown on Attachment #1, upon
completion of construction the fields that will illuminated for evening use will include Baseball Field #3
and Soccer Field #4. Improv. ements include the installation of light poles and fixtures, wires and electrical
service panel upgrade. During last year's Phase II improvements electrical conduit was installed,
therefore impact of the proposed construction will be minimized.
Electrical engineering of the athletic field lights have been completed in Fiscal Year 2003-2004 with
construction scheduled for Fiscal Year 2004-2005.

Notice to Proceed July 19, 2004
Project Completion September 10, 2004
