to negotiate with the City Manager

DESCRIPTION: This item provides for the designation of two members of the City
Council as the City's representatives to discuss conditions of employment, including salary and fringe
benefits, for the City Manager.
Last year's designated team was Mayor Lockhart and Councilmember Sbranti.
