DESCRIPTION:
On Wednesday, May 9, 2018, Staff attended the General Federation of Women's Clubs
Dublin/San Ramon Grant Awards Meeting and was presented a check for $750 that will
go towards the Youth Fee Assistance Program.
The Youth Fee Assistance Program provides financial assistance to eligible Dublin
youth to participate in City-sponsored recreation programs. Although programs and
activities sponsored by the Parks and Community Services Department are priced to be
affordable, the registration fees may prohibit some lower-income residents from
participating in the activities. The Youth Fee Assistance Program provides an
opportunity for qualified youth residents to participate in quality recreational experiences
that may not be possible without this assistance.
