An adjourned regular meeting of the Dublin City Council was held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015, in
the City Council Chambers of the Dublin Civic Center. The meeting was called to order at 5:32
p.m., by Mayor Haubert.

the City Council designated Vice Mayor Gupta and Councilmember Wehrenberg to discuss
compensation with the City Attorney.
Arun Goel, Dublin resident, pulled Item 4.7, City Manager's Employment Agreement, and
provided public comment on this item.
On motion of Cm. Biddle, seconded by Vm. Gupta and by unanimous vote (Cm. Hart absent),
the City Council approved and authorized the Mayor to execute the First Amendment to City
Manager's Employment Agreement, and adopted

The City Clerk tabulated the ballots cast in the special mailed ballot election held within CFD No.
2015-1 to enable the qualified election of CFD No. 2015-1 to consider the ballot questions
regarding (a) authorization to levy special taxes within CFD No. 2015-1, (b) the authorization to
issue bonds secured by the levy of such special taxes and (c) the establishment of an
appropriations limit for CFD No. 2015-1, and determined the propositions had received the
affirmative vote of two-thirds of the votes cast.
On motion of Cm. Wehrenberg, seconded by Vm. Gupta and by unanimous vote (Cm. Hart
absent), and the City Council adopted
