The current Agreement with Tri - Valley Janitorial Service and Supply for janitorial services at all
City facilities, including a designated area in the Dublin Library, was approved by the City
Council on September 6, 2011. On April 16, 2013, the City Council approved an amendment to
the agreement revising the scope of services and compensation schedule in response to the
removal of the building inspectors' trailers located in eastern Dublin.
Tri - Valley Janitorial Service and Supply has performed satisfactory janitorial services during its
contract term. They are responsive and work well with City staff to address any concerns that
may be presented. Staff expects that they will continue to provide quality janitorial service after
an extension of the agreement.
