Notice of Pending Decision on Final Map for Tract 7716 Wallis Ranch,
Neighborhood 6

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
In accordance with Chapter 9.24.80 of the Dublin Municipal Code, the City Council is hereby
notified of the City Engineer’s pending approval of the Final Map for Tract 7716, Wallis Ranch
Neighborhood 6. The City Engineer shall approve the Final Map within ten days following this
notification.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends that the City Council receive the notification.
