Informational Report on High School Sites Considered By Dublin Unified School District The Mayor asked if the Council would like to table this item. The Mayor’s request did not receive majority consensus to table the item. John Bakker, City Attorney, stated Cm. Gupta must recuse himself for part of the discussion as he owns property within 500 feet of a site to be discussed. Cm. Gupta recused himself from the discussion of the Promenade site.
