Annual Presentation by Youth Advisory Committee Dawn Benson, Dublin resident, provided public comment. The City Council received the presentation on the Youth Advisory Committee’s activities and accomplishments during the 2018-19 term. 3.2. Appointments to Youth Advisory Committee and Student Representative to Parks and Community Services Commission The City Council confirmed the Mayor’s appointments of Divyansh Agrawal, Moises Merino, Romal Mitr, Rithu Lakshman, Medha Gowda, Saanya Goel, Hollis Carey, Harsimar Saini, Diya Vij, Steven Chan, Trishala Jain, Grace Marnon, and Visvesh Jegadheesh to the Youth Advisory Committee for terms commencing in June 2019 and expiring in May 2020; and Siri Phaneendra as Student Representative to the Parks and Community Services Commission for the term commencing in July 2019 and expiring in June 2020. By consensus, the City Council agreed to look at developing a flag policy for the City. By consensus, the City Council asked Staff to bring back an informational item regarding the Heritage & Cultural Arts Center. By consensus, the City Council asked Staff to invite the Diversity Inclusion Alliance and allow for a discussion of what they can do to support diversity. By consensus, the City Council asked Staff to agendize the Mayor's Council's request for $1,000. 10. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 11:04 p.m. in honor of Staff Sgt.
