The City Council will consider approval of the minutes of two June 4, 2019 Special City

1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance – The meeting was called to order at 7:02
p.m. by Vice Mayor Hernandez. The pledge of Allegiance was recited by the City
Council, Staff, and those present at the meeting.

The City Council directed Staff to fly the rainbow flag at City Hall for 30 days, from
June 4, 2019 through July 3, 2019; and have a small ceremony to raise the flag on June
22, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
