The meeting was called to order at 5:06 p.m., by Mayor Haubert. 1. ROLL CALL & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE PRESENT: Councilmembers Biddle, Gupta, Hart, Wehrenberg, and Mayor Haubert ABSENT: None The pledge of allegiance to the flag was recited by the City Council, Staff and those present. 2. Gupta, seconded by Mayor Haubert, to direct Staff to study using the "Low End of Density Units" numbers for the sites listed in the Staff Report, except for the Jordan site, and their effect on: • Fiscal impacts to the General Fund. • Analysis of the City's Impact Fee programs to determine the impacts on funding future • planned capital improvements. • Impact on the City's ongoing economic development efforts and the ability to attract • commercial development. • Legal implications • Planning policy implications • Public infrastructure implications; and provide options to the City Council, with examples of what other cities have done in terms of residential sites, failed by majority vote (Cms. Hart, Biddle and Wehrenberg voting no; and Mayor Haubert and Vm. Gupta voting yes). By consensus, the City Council directed Staff to schedule a joint meeting with the City Council and the Dublin Unified School District Board of Trustees. Adopted 4.3 ORDINANCE NO. 5 - 15 APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO DUBLIN ZONING ORDINANCE CHAPTERS 8.08 (DEFINITIONS), 8.40 (ACCESSORY STRUCTURES AND USES REGULATIONS), AND 8.76 (OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING REGULATIONS) EFFECTIVE CITY-WIDE PLPA-2015-00028 DUBLIN CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 2 VOLUME 34 REGULAR MEETING ' `!
