STAFF REPORT CITY COUNCIL DATE:July 19, 2016 TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers FROM: Christopher L. Foss, City Manager SUBJECT: Notice of Pending Decision on Final Maps for Tract 8268 and Tract 8269 in Jordan Ranch Prepared by: Jayson Imai, Senior Civil Engineer EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: In accordance with Chapter 9.24.80 of the Dublin Municipal Code, the City Council is hereby notified of the City Engineer’s pending approval of the Final Map for Tract 8268, Neighborhood 5 at Jordan Ranch and the Final Map for Tract 8269, Neighborhood 7 at Jordan Ranch. The City Engineer shall approve the Final Maps within 10 days following this notification. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council receive the notification. FINANCIAL IMPACT: None.
