Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council will be held on
Tuesday, Apri119, 2011, for consideration of Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Budget preparation items.

2. PubllC COmmerit (Comments should not exceed three (3 minutes per speaker.)
3. Proposed Revisions to the City of Dublin's Mission, Vision and Values and 10-year Strategic Plan
(100-80)
The City Council will review and approve the proposed revisions to the City's Mission, Vision and
Values, as well as to the 10-Year Strategic Plan for Fiscal Year 2011-2012.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Review and approve the proposed revisions to the City's Mission,
Vision, and Values, as well as to the 10-Year Strategic Plan for Fiscal Year 2011-2012. Final approval of
the Strategic Plan will take place at the Budget Hearing in June 2011. .
4. Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Budget Study Session #2: Further Direction from City Council on Budget
Preparation (330-20)
This report provides additional information on the impact of Fiscal Year 2011-2012 Key Initiatives
discussed by the City Council at the first Budget Study Session held on March 14, 2011.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report, review the proposed Key Initiatives by budget
group, and provide Staff with direction on which proposed Initiatives to include in the Fiscal Year 2011-
2012 Preliminary Budget.
5. Adjournment - In memory of Staff Sgt. Sean Diamond and our fallen troops.
