SPECIAL MEETING

• Agendas may be picked up at the City Clerk's Office for no charge.
• A complete packet of information containing Staff Reports and exhibits related to each item are available for public review at
least 72 hours prior to a Regular City Council Meeting or, in the event that it is delivered to the Councilmembers less than 72
hours prior to a City Council Meeting, as soon as it is so delivered. The packet is available in the City Clerk's Office and also
at the Dublin Library.
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council will be held on
Tuesday,April 30, 2013.

3. Introduction of New Employee: Colleen Tribby,Administrative Services Director
A new member of City Staff will be introduced.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Welcome new City of Dublin Staff member.
4. Proposed Revisions to the City of Dublin's Mission,Vision and Values and 10-Year Strategic Plan
The City Council will review and discuss the proposed revisions to the City's Mission, Vision and Values,
as well as to the 10-Year Strategic Plan for Fiscal Year 2013-2014. If the revisions are approved at this
meeting, final City Council approval of the Strategic Plan will take place at the Budget Hearing on June 4,
2013.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Review and approve the proposed revisions to the City's Mission, Vision and Values, as well as to the 10-
Year Strategic Plan for Fiscal Year 2013-2014.
5. Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Community Grants Program Subcommittee Funding Recommendations for
Community Support Grants
The City Council will provide direction on Community Support Grant Program funding recommendations
as part of the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 budget process. The City Council's recommendations will be
included in the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 budget for final consideration on June 4, 2013.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive the report; discuss the Subcommittee's funding recommendations; and support the
Subcommittee's recommendations or provide alternate direction on organization funding.
6. Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Budget Study Session: Five Year General Fund Forecast and Direction from
City Council on Identified Initiatives with Additional Budget Impact to be Included in Fiscal Year
2013-2014 Budget
The purpose of the report is to provide the City Council with an overview and projection of the City's five
year General Fund forecast and to assist the City Council in determining the proposed initiatives with
additional budget impact to be included in the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 Budget.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive the report, review the proposed update initiatives, and provide Staff with direction on which of the
four identified proposed initiatives with additional budget impact to be included in the Fiscal Year 2013-
2014 Budget.
