Agendas may be picked up at the City Clerk’s Office for no charge, or to request information on being placed on
the annual subscription list, please call 833-6650.
A complete packet of information containing Staff Reports and exhibits relate to each item is available of public
review at least 72 hours prior to a City Council Meeting or, in the event that it is delivered to City Council
members less than 72 hours prior to a City Council Meeting, as soon as it is so delivered. The packet is
available in the City Clerk’s Office and also at the Dublin Library.
Pursuant to Government Code §54953(b), this meeting will include a teleconference location at the
N-13/10, DLF City, Phase 2, Gurgaon, 122002, Haryana, India. Councilmember Arun Goel will be
attending the Special Meeting via teleconference. The public shall have the opportunity to address
the City Council at this teleconference location pursuant to Government Code Section §54954.3.
All votes during the teleconferencing session will be conducted by roll call vote. The teleconference
location is accessible to the public and the agenda will be posted at the teleconference location 72
hours before the meeting.

3. Study Session - Trumark proposal for Croak Property (APN: 905-0002-001-01 and 905-
0002-002-00) STAFF REPORT
The Applicant, Trumark Homes, LLC, filed a Pre-Application for the development of a 573-
unit residential project (including both Traditional Family and Active Adult residences), as
well as 11.5 acres of public parks, a 2.6-acre Age Qualified Amenity Site, and a 2-acre
Public/Semi-Public Site, located on Croak Road, APN 905-0002-001 and -002. The City
Council will hold a Study Session to receive a presentation by the Applicant regarding the
proposed project. No action will be taken or approvals granted for the project at this meeting.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive a presentation from the Applicant on the proposed project and provide feedback.
4. Fallon Sports Park Phase 3 - Work Session STAFF REPORT
The City Council will receive a presentation and participate in a work session on the concept
design and amenities to be incorporated in Phase 3 of the Fallon Sports Park Improvement
Project.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Receive the presentation and provide direction on the concept design and amenities to be
incorporated for Fallon Sports Park Phase 3.
