available for public review several days prior to a Council meeting in the City Clerk's Office and
also at the Dublin Library.
· Agendas may be picked up at the City Clerk's Office for no charge, or to request information on
being placed on the annual subscription list, please call 833-6650.

3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
At this time, the public is permitted to address the City Council on non-agendized items. The Council must, however,
comply with all State Laws in regard to items not appearing on the posted agcnda. The Council may respond to statements
made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the
rublie may contact the City Clerk's Office related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future City Council agenda.
The exceptions under which the City Council MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are
contained in Government Code Section 54 9 54.e (b) (1) (Z) (S).

8.1 Status Report on 2000-01 Goals & Objectives and Consideration of 2001-02 Goals &
Objectives
The City Council will conduct its annual review of the City's Goals & Objectives for 2000-01
and establish and prioritize Goals & Objectives for the City for 2001-02.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Pxeview 2000-01 Goals & Objectives 1/31/01 Status Pxeport;
P, eceive Staff P, eport on 2001-02 Preliminary Goals & Objectives; Pxeceive Public Input;
Deliberate, prioritize, and adopt 2001-02 Goals & Objectives Program
8.2 2001-2002 Budget Study Session
In order to facilitate the preparation of the 2001-2002 Annum Budget and Capital
Improvement Program, the City Council will identify those issues anticipated to impact the
City's financial condition in the next few years. The City Council will also identify any issues
to be evaluated during the preparation of the Preliminary 2000-2001 Budget and CIP.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: 1) P-eceive StafFPxeport; 2) P, eview Budget Issues Worksheet
and provide Staff with direction on each of the issues identified in the Worksheet; and 3) Establish
Budget Hearing Date to consider 2001-2002 Annum Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement
Program Update.
