II 4.4 Annual Street Overlay and Repair Program and Dougllerty Road Bike Path, Contract 88-4 This program encOl;lpasses the asphalt overlay of several City streets and the repair of a number of others. The Dougherty J(oad bike path \vill also be constructed under this contract. The budget for the combined project is $526,500. This apprOVed was pending a favorable detcrrninatior~ :))' the :letropolitan Transportation COlIlmission on the competitive bi..ddin3 requirements. ['ITe has advised that LAVTA has met the competitive bidding requi::-ements. LAVTA has also :)een successful in getting fundine for a van to provide service to Dublin. PUBLIC HEARING 6.1 f~nr=a Plaza (Southern PortLon) Planned Development District Rezoning request on the '.vest side of: Aiilador Plaza :{oad south of Dublin Boulevard PA 87-17B The City Council initiated a Planned l)evelopment Rezoning request to rezone the southern 3.0+ acres of APN 941-1.500-0L~O (located on the [,vest side of Amcldor PlaZA Roael near Dublin BouTev'cd) from the 1~,64th Zoning Unit established under Alameda County to a new PD allol,ving a range of retail, office, persol1al service and financial uses. STAFF H,ECO~1:1ENUATION: Conduct public hearing; c~eliberat~; \.vaive rending and adopt ordinance on an urGency basis rn:-ohibiting U-turns on Amarillo Road @ Alegre Drive. 6.3 Pro~ibition of U-Turns, \Jesthound Tcaffic on nublin Boulevard 0) Clark Avenue This onlinance prohibits u-turns for \vestbound traffic on Dublin Boulevard @ Clark Avenue, and permit u-turns for eastbound traffic.
