4.2 Approval of Final Map and Tract Improvement Agreement for Tract 7641, and Agreement
for Long-Term Encroachment for Landscape Features with Tracts 7641, 7642, 7643, 7644
and 7645 (Toll Brothers) (600-60)
Tract 7641 is the master subdivision map for the western portion of Toll Brothers' Sorrento at
Dublin Ranch, Tract 7641 dedicates the right-of-way for the major streets and subdivides the
39 acres bounded by Brannigan Street, Gleason Drive, Grafton Street and Central Parkway
into nine parcels. The Agreement for Long- Tenn Encroachment for Landscape Features with
Tracts 7641, 7642, 7643, 7644 and 7645 provides for the Homeowners' Association to
maintain project-related landscape features within the public rights-of-way, including
decorative pavements and median landscaping.

4.3 Annual Contract Review of Crossing Guard Services (600-30)
The City Council will conduct an annual contract review of the City's crossing guard
contractor All City Management Services,
STAFF RECOMMENDATION. Adopt Resolution authorizing the City Managet to execute an
amendment to the Agreement with All City Management Services, Inc., for the provision of
crossing guard services for Fiscal Year 2006-2007
4.4 Preliminary Financial Reports for the Month of February 2006 (330-50)
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive reports.
4.5 Annual Review of Existing Building and Safety consnltants (600-30)
The City Council will review existing Building and Safety Consultants and consider
approving the continuation of their contracts with the current rate schedules remaining in
effect for Fiscal Year 2006.2007
STAFF RECOMMENDATION Approve the continuation of contracts with Linhart, Petetsen,
Powers and Associates (LP2A), 4Leaf, Inc" Precision, Inc., CSG Consultants, Inc., and
Betryman & Hennigar for Building and Safety Services for the City of Dublin in 2006-2007
4.6 Award of Bid - Fire Station No. 16 Repairs, Contract No. 06-02 (600-35)
This project consists of roof repair, replacement of windows, replacement of HV AC units and
painting at Fire Station No, 16. located at 7494 Donohue Drive. The low bid received,
$290,512.32, is within ftmds budgeted for the work.

4.7 Authorization to Solicit Bids for Contract No. 06-05, 2005-2006 Annual Slurry Seal
Program (600-35)
This project will resurface sevetal City streets with a slurry seal that will prolong the life of
the existing pavement surface,
STAFF RECOMMENDATION' Authorize Staff to advertise for bids for Contract No 06-05,
2005-2006 Annual Slurry Seal Program.
4.8 Authorization to Solicit Bids for Contract No. 06-06, Park Furniture Replacement (600-35)
The Park Fumiture Replacement Project was approved as part of the 2004-2009 Capital
hnprovement Program, The intent of the project is to replace existing picnic tables, benches and
trash receptacles with the new furniture consisting of recycled plastic and metal components.
Dolan Park is scheduled to be complete m Fiscal Year 2005-2006.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION' Authorize Staff to advertise for bids for Contract No. 06-06, Park
Furniture Replacement Project.

7.1 Request to Reallocate City of Dublin Owner Rehabilitation Funds to Community
Development Block Grant (cDBG) .Programs for Fiscal Year 2006-2007 (480-30)
The City Council will consider the reallocation of $16,977.62 of Community Development Block
Grant OWOet Rehabilitation funds to City Council approved social services providers and the City
of Dublin Sidewalk Safety Repair Program,
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Authorize Mayor to sign letter to Alameda County Housing &
Community Development requesting the reallocation of $16,977.62 of Dublin's 2004.2005 COSO
program to offset the reduction in COSO funding to services providers the City expenenced due to
the approximately 10% federal cut in 2006.2007 funds and to augment funding for the City of
Dublin's Sidewalk Safety Repair Program.

7.2 Award of Bid - Dublin Heritage Center Exhibit Restoration Project, Contract No. 06-03
(600..35)
At its January 3, 2006, meeting, the City Council authorized Staff to solicit bids for the
Dublin Heritage Centet Exhibit Restoration project. One bid was received, which was
considerably highet than the designer's estimate. The Council will consider options for the
award of bid.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION Adopt Resolution awarding Contract No, 06-03 to Rosa
Construction; and approve Budget Change.
8. NEW BUSINESS
8.1 Area F Neighborhood Square Park~ Landscape Architectural Services (600-30)
In January 2006, Staff solicited a Request for Proposal from ten landscape architectural firms
to complete the design and construction documents for the Area F Neighborhood Square Park
site, As a result of the process, Keller Mitchell and Company demonstrated, in their proposal
and interview, the necessary experience to complete the project, The 2-acre park is located in
eastern Dublin, northwest of Bray Commons.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION' Adopt Resolution approving Agreement with Keller Mitchell
and Company
8.2 League of California Cities Call for Action on the Adoption of a Telecommunications
Services and Vital City Interest Resolution (660...40)
The League of California Cities is requesting City support for the adoption of a proposed
resolution as it relates to the regulatory framework for telecommunication services.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION Adopt Resolution and direct Staff to send to all concerned
parties,
