each agenda item is available for public information & perusal several days prior
to a Council meeting in the City Clerk's Office & also at the Dublin Library.

At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the City Council on
any item which is NOT on the City Council Agenda. Comments should not exceed
5 minutes. If any person feels that this is not sufficient time to address their
concern, that person should arrange with the City Clerk to have their particular
concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting. The City Council CANNOT
deliberate or take action on a non-agenda item UNLESS there is factual evidence
presented to the Council indicating that the subject brought up falls into one of
the exceptions under Government Code Section 54954.2.

BUSINESS
WESTERN DUBLIN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
The project site is located west of the existing Dublin City
limits and is bordered by 1-580 on the south, Eden Canyon
Road on the west and the Alameda/Contra Costa County line on
the north 0 The property is currently in the unincorporated
portion of Alameda County and is zoned A (Agriculture).
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive Staff presentation; provide
direction to staff on additional mitigations and EIR adequacy;
adopt Resolution certifying EIR.
8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
8.1 WESTERN DUBLIN DRAFT GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT AND DRAFT
SPECIFIC PLAN
The Draft Specific Plan describes a development concept for
the Western Dublin Extended Planning Area. This concept
includes 3,260 units with a championship golf course. The
Draft Specific Plan consists of goals, policies, action
programs and a land use map that guide where and how
development should occur in Western Dublin. The Draft
General Plan Amendment contains proposed policy
modifications to the City'S existing General Plan. These
modifications are necessary to accommodate the proposed
Draft Specific Plan and ensure its consistency with General
Plan policy.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive Staff presentation; provide
direction to Staff on the appropriate land use concept for the
Milestone property and corresponding GPA/SP changes; provide
direction to Staff on the appropriate land use concept for the
Eden/Schaefer property and corresponding GPA/SP changes;
provide direction to Staff on minor GPA and SP text revisions;
continue meeting to June 8, 1992 for approval of the draft
Resolutions for the project.
