At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the City Council on any item which is NOT on the City
Counci l Agenda. Conments should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels that this is not sufficient time to
address their concern, that person should arrange with the City Clerk to have their particular concern placed on the
agenda for a future meeting. The City Council CANNOT deliberate or take action on a non-agenda item ~ there is
factual evidence presented to the Counci l indicating that the subject brought up falls into one of the exceptions
under Government Code Section 54954.2.
4 . CONSENT CALENDAR
Consent Calendar items are typically of a non-controversial nature and are considered for approval by the City Council
with one single action. Members of the audience who would like an item removed from the Consent Calendar for purpose
of public input may request the City Council to remove the item. The request may be made at the time that the Mayor
asks the audience members if there is anyone interested in removing an item from the Consent Calendar.

8. NEW BUSINESS
8.1 Prioritization of City Services and capital Projects for
Fiscal Year 1992-93
A reduction in the amount of funding the city of Dublin
receives from the State as a result of the passage of the
State Budget has necessitated a complete review of all
services provided to the residents of the City of Dublin.
City Staff has prepared a comprehensive listing of all
major services with an indication of those which are
mandated and those which are discretionary. The City
Council will review the list and establish priorities for
City services and capital projects for FY1992-93.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive Staff presentation; receive
public input; deliberate and finalize priorities for City
services; deliberate and finalize priorities for 1992-93
Capital Projects; establish meeting date to consider: a) cost
savings associated with lower priority services and projects;
b) operational savings options; c) revenue enhancement
options; and d) one-time savings options.
