Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City of Dublin City Council will be held on
Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 5:00 p.m.

3.1 Public Comments
At this time, the public is permitted to address the City Council on non-agendized items. Please step to the podium and clearly state your name for the
record. COMMENTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED THREE !3) MINUTES. In accordance with State Law, no action or discussion may take place on any item
not appearing on the posted agenda. The Council may respond to statements made or questions asked, or may request Staff to report back at a future
meeting concerning the matter. Any member of the public may contact the City Clerk's Office related to the proper procedure to place an item on a future
City Council agenda. The exceptions under which the City Council MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in
Government Code Section 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3).

8. NEW BUSINESS
8.1 Certification of November 2, 2010 Election Results (630-30)
The City has received and will certify the November 2, 2010 election results for the Office of
Mayor and two City Councilmembers from the Alameda County Registrar of Voters.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution Reciting the Facts of the General Municipal
Election Held on November 2, 2010, Declaring the Results Thereof, and Such Other Matters as are
Provided by Law.
8.2 Presentation of Plaque to Outgoing Councilmember Kate Ann Scholz (610-50)
Councilmember Kate Ann Scholz has served on the Dublin City Council from 2006 through
2010. The City will present a plaque to her in appreciation of her dedicated service to the City.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Present plaque and receive comments from outgoing City
Councilmember Kate Ann Scholz.
8.3 Administration of Oath of Office to Newly Elected Mayor and Councilmembers (640-60)
The Oath of Office will be administered to the newly elected Mayor and City Councilmembers.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Have the Oath of Office administered to newly elected Mayor
and City Councilmembers.

9.1 Brief INFORMATION ONLY reports from Council and/or Staff, including Committee

City Council Chambers.
