1. CALL TO ORDER
2 . PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
3 . ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Parks and
Community Services Commission on items of interest to the public, however, in
accordance with GC 54954.2, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any
•
item which is NOT on the Agenda. The Commission may respond briefly to
statements made or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a
future meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Commission
may direct Staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person
may arrange with the Parks and Community Services Director (no later than 11
a.m. , on the Tuesday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern
placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting. The exceptions under which
the Commission MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the
agenda are contained in GC 54954.2(b)(1)(2)(3).

8.1 Election of Officers
The Commission will elect a chair and vice-chair to serve a term
of office through November of 1996.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: ELECT CHAIR AND VICE-CHAIR.
8.2 Future Park and Recreation Facility Development
The Commission will receive a report reviewing the Parks and
Recreation Masterplan, the Parks Implementation Plan and financing
of Park and Recreation Facilities.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: RECEIVE STAFF REPORT; SET A DATE FOR A
SPECIAL MEETING.
