PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 3. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Parks and Recreation Commission on any item which is not on the Agenda. Comments should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels that this is not sufficient time to address their concern, that person should arrange with the Recreation Director to have their particular concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting. 4. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING - DECEMBER 10 , 1991 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE 5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS - NONE 6. NEW BUSINESS 6.1 1991 Summer Aquatics Report • Staff has. prepared a report summarizing the 1991 Summer Aquatics Program for the Commissions review. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: RECEIVE REPORT 6.2 1992 Aquatics Program Proposal Plans for the upcoming aquatic season is underway. Staff has developed a proposed schedule for the Commissions review and comment. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW AND PROVIDE INPUT 6.3 1991-92 Teen Program Staff has evaluated the Teen program and has determined that the $15.00 fee is deterring students from participating. Staff is proposing that the current fee be re-evaluated and has drafted a fee schedule for the Commissions review. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW AND PROVIDE INPUT 6.4 Summer Recreation Program Plans are currently underway for the 1992 Summer Recreation Program. Staff requests the Commissions direction on the proposed program sites and fee schedule. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: REVIEW AND PROVIDE INPUT 6.5 Joint Commission Meeting with San Ramon and Danville Staff has identified dates for the Joint Commission Meeting for consideration by the Commission. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: DETERMINE MEETING DATE AND ALTERNATE DATE 6.6 Recreation Department Goals and Objectives Staff has prepared a year-end status report on the 1991 Goals and Objectives. It will be necessary for the Commission to prioritize the goals and objectives for the City Councils review. STAFF RECOMMENDATTON: REVIEW, PROVIDE INPUT AND PRIORITIZE 7. OLD BUSINESS 8.
