At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the
Parks and Recreation Commission on any item which is not on the
Agenda. Comments should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels
that this is not sufficient time to address their concern, that person
should arrange with the Recreation Director to have their particular
concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting.

6.1 Recreation Department Budget Fiscal Year 1992-93
The Commission will review the Recreation Department Budget and
develop program priorities to be applied by Staff in the
development of the fiscal year 1992-93 Budget.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Review and Prioritize
6.2 Five Year Capital Improvement Program 1992-97
The Commission will review the proposed projects and develop
project priorities. which will be incorporated into the 1992-97
CIP based on available ;funding.
