ORAL COMMUNICATIONS At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the Parks and Community Services Commission on items of interest to the public, however, in accordance with GC 54954.2, no ACTION or DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Parks and Community Services Commission Agenda. The Parks and Community Services Commission may respond briefly to statements made or questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Parks and Community Services Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Parks and Community Services Director (no later than lla.m. , on the Monday preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the agenda for the next regular meeting. The exceptions under which the Parks and Community Services Commission MAY discuss and/or take action on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in GC 54954.2 (b) (1) (2) (3) . OATH OF OFFICE Kay Keck, City Clerk, will administer the Oath of Office to the newly appointed Parks and Community Services Commissioner, Bob Fasulkey. 4. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING - FEBRUARY 12, 1996 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE 5. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS - NONE 6 . PUBLIC HEARING - NONE 7 . UNFINISHED BUSINESS - NONE 8. NEW BUSINESS 8. 1 Fun-in-the-Sun Playground Program Staff would like input from the Commission regarding a fourth site. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: PROVIDE INPUT 8.2 Joint Commission Meeting with San Ramon, Danville and Alamo The City of Dublin is responsible for hosting this years Joint Commission Meeting. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: DETERMINE DATE, LOCATION AND POTENTIAL TOPICS FOR THE PROGRAM 8.3 1996 Easter Eggstravaganza Staff has summarized the schedule of events for the 1996 Easter Eggstravaganza for the Commission' s review. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: RECEIVE REPORT 8. 4 Committee Appointments Staff has prepared a summary of the various committees and task forces, which require representation of a member of the Parks and Community Services Commission. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: MAKE APPOINTMENTS 9. OTHER BUSINESS 9. 1 Brief INFORMATIONAL ONLY Reports from Parks and Community Services Commissioners and/or Staff 10. ADJOURNMENT
