2 . PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
3 . ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the
Parks and Community Services Commission on items of interest to the
public, however, in accordance with GC 54954.2, no ACTION or
DISCUSSION shall take place on any item which is NOT on the Parks and
Community Services Commission Agenda. The Parks and Community
Services Commission may respond briefly to statements made or
questions posed, or may request Staff to report back at a future
meeting concerning the matter. Furthermore, a member of the Parks and
Community Services Commission may direct Staff to place a matter of
business on a future agenda. Any person may arrange with the Parks
and Community Services Director (no later than lla.m. , on the Monday
preceding a regular meeting) to have an item of concern placed on the
agenda for the next regular meeting. The exceptions under which the
Parks and Community Services Commission MAY discuss and/or take action
on items not appearing on the agenda are contained in GC
54954.2 (b) (1) (2) (3) .
OATH OF OFFICE
Kay Keck, City Clerk, will administer the Oath of Office to the newly
appointed Parks and Community Services Commissioner, Bob Fasulkey.

Staff would like input from the Commission regarding a fourth

The City of Dublin is responsible for hosting this years Joint
Commission Meeting.

Staff has summarized the schedule of events for the 1996 Easter
Eggstravaganza for the Commission' s review.

Staff has prepared a summary of the various committees and task
forces, which require representation of a member of the Parks and
Community Services Commission.
