At this time, members of the audience are permitted to address the
Parks and Recreation Commission on any item which is not on the
Agenda. Comments should not exceed 5 minutes. If any person feels
that this is not sufficient time to address their concern, that person
should arrange with the Recreation Director to have their particular
concern placed on the agenda for a future meeting.

5. NEW BUSINESS
5.1 1991-92 Update to the Five-Year Capital Improvement Program
Staff will present the status of those projects currently
included in the CIP for FY90-91, their estimated cost for the
fiscal year, and those projects that will need to be carried over
to FY91-92 .
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Receive Staff Presentation, Public Comment
and Develop Priorities
5.2 Registration Procedures for Leisure Enrichment Classes
Staff is proposing that the registration procedures for Leisure
Enrichment Classes be modified to give people the opportunity and
priority of registering by mail before accepting walk-in
registration.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve Proposed Changes to the
Registration Procedures.
